Order Processing Time
Online payment orders are confirmed instantly, cash on delivery orders require manual review (within 1 hour).
Internet banking transfers need to be completed within 24 hours, orders are automatically canceled after that time.
Refund and Dispute Handling
Refunds are returned in the original way, and the processing cycle is 3-7 working days.
Disputed orders can submit evidence through customer service, response within 48 hours.
Currency Conversion Fee
Transactions in non-default currencies may incur a 1%-3% bank fee, details subject to card issuer regulations.
